Yoga for Teens is a class for ages 11-16. This class is designed for teens and preteens that are in organized sport or looking to improve flexibility, build strength and improve posture. This class teaches a variety of postures to keep teens engaged and challenged while learning relaxation, breathing techniques and stress management. Learn tools for dealing with anxiety and other mental health challenges.
No experience necessary.
