Yoga for Mental Health

Anxiety and/or depression lives in our minds, our hearts, and our bodies. This gentle and soothing yoga practice is rooted in self-care, self-love, and spirituality, offering a supportive space to reconnect with yourself.


Spend 75 minutes each week learning how to manage symptoms through mindful movement and awareness. This registered class provides consistent support and individual guidance to help release chronic stress patterns and calm both body and mind. Sessions include gentle yoga, breath work, meditation, restorative poses, and integrated sound healing and aromatherapy as part of a holistic wellness approach.


Each week focuses on a specific theme designed to support mental health, build resilience, and offer practical tools you can apply in daily life. 

No prior experience is required.
