Almost everyone experiences stiffness and diminishing mobility in the back that can lead to problems with health if not addressed. Yoga can help strengthen back muscles and alleviate low back pain. In this 8 week series we use a specialized spinal strap and other props to release muscular tension and decompress the spine.
After relaxing muscles that are overworked and tight, we restore mobility and strength through movement and poses that focus on increasing range of motion in the joints.
