Refund Policy

Drop-in Passes - Drop-in passes are non-refundable. They may NOT be refunded for cash or to account. All drop-in passes do not have an expiry date, and can be shared with one other person. Drop-in passes are NOT valid for Registered Yoga Classes.

Registered Yoga Classes - Registered classes are non-refundable. They may NOT be refunded for cash or to account. If you miss a class you may make up that class by attending a drop-in class. This MUST happen within the occurring session of which you are registered. Registered classes will ONLY be prorated once the occurring session has begun.

Auto-pay Membership - Auto-pay memberships are a 12 month contract. If the auto-pay is put on hold, the 12 months are extended from date of purchase. Holds are available from 1-3 months. Termination may ONLY happen with a written request and 30 days notice after 12 months of payments or a 1 month early cancellation fee will apply.

Unlimited Passes - (inclusive of 3 Week New Student, 1 month, 3 month, 6 month, 12 month & Summer Sizzler) are all non-refundable. They may NOT be refunded for cash or to account. 

Workshops - No refunds. Credit only for cancellations of workshops with 72 hours notice.
