Rikki has been teaching yoga since 2019 and has received 455 hours of Yoga Teacher training Hatha, Forrest and Yin yoga. During her teachings she has had the opportunity to work with youth/ teen athletes to build strength, gain confidence, improve athletic performance and increase flexibility.

As a Mom and someone who has suffered injuries and chronic pain Rikki knows the importance of tapping into all aspects of yoga to not only strengthening the mind and body but also enjoy the deep healing benefits that can yoga provide. Rikki’s classes offer a mix of breathing techniques, core, stretch and strength that are taught with options to suit all levels from beginner to advanced. She offers a welcoming environment and classes that will both challenge and relax you.
