Monica Espinosa

Yoga Instructor

Monica has been involved in health and fitness since 2000. Later on she became involved in the beautiful world of yoga.

She is a graduate of the Yoga Studio College of Canada where she completed her first 200hrs teacher training and then her Gold Therapist training in 2016 completing her 500RYT. Her teachings are influenced by BKS Iyengar, and follows his therapeutic guidance.

Monica strives to create a compassionate and safe space when sharing the healing practice of yoga. Creating a link between breath, body awareness and mindfulness throughout her class. Honoring the body through practice is a very important standard during her teachings.

Therefore modifications, adjustments and support during asanas is a present component during her class. She incorporates healing sound and therapeutic aromatherapy.

Show up to practice, bring your mat and an open heart, everything else will flow from there.
