Yoga and Meditation are about developing a relationship with ourselves and learning to listen to the wisdom that dwells within us. 
 
It is a path of self – exploration and discovery, promoting balance, wellness and a greater sense of freedom. 

Incorporating breath awareness, mindfulness & meditation into her classes, Chrissy also appreciates the focus on alignment that is offered by Iyengar yoga. Practice becomes an invitation to explore the many layers of the body, breath and mind. She is passionate about sharing ways to incorporate yoga philosophy into daily life & creating a safe space in class to allow this exploration to unfold.

Chrissy is an initiate of The Himalayan Tradition of Shri Swami Rama, a student of Panditji Dabral, and certified through The Yoga Studio College of Canada.
