Chair Yoga For Healthy Mobility

This will be a practice that brings you back to safe and healthy mobility at any age. Movement is necessary for health, happiness and longevity.

 

We limit our chair practice to seated movements and standing poses so the concerns of getting on and off the mat are eliminated.

 

The challenges of joint injury and/or joint replacement are respected in addition to post-operative recovery. All ages and bodies are supported and honored in this all-encompassing practice.

  • Blood pressure and cardiac challenges
  • Vertigo
  • Challenges in balance and mobility
  • Post concussion recovery
  • Pre-surgical prep
  • Post surgical recovery
  • Sickness and trauma recovery
  • Movement limitations and light-headedness
