Yoga for 50+

It is never to late to start practicing yoga, or to build on your practice while honouring where your body is today! Enjoy a class with your peers and learn how to use props to facilitate the poses. Gentle movements reduce stiffness, improve range of motion, increase circulation and balance body and mind!
Mondays @ Crowchild (NEW!) 6 Week Session - $102 + gst (*No classes Monday, October 10th for Thanksgiving)
Wednesdays @ Crowfoot: 8 Week Session-$136 + gst
