In this workshop, we’ll explore how yoga and Ayurveda view this transition and offer practices to support the physical and emotional changes that often arise, including:

  • Hot flashes, sleep disturbances, joint pain, and fatigue
  • Mood swings, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and brain fog
  • Shifts in identity, self-worth, and energy levels

You’ll be guided through gentle movement, grounding breathwork, and learn simple daily Ayurvedic routines that nourish the nervous system, ease symptoms, and create more steadiness and clarity.


This is a space to slow down, reconnect, and gather practical, sustainable tools for feeling more balanced — physically, mentally, and emotionally — through this new chapter of life.


No experience with yoga or Ayurveda is needed.
