Yoga, breath work and mindfulness practices can be powerful antidotes.


Learn both active and quiet poses  that will calm the mind, regulate the nervous system and balance sleep.


This workshop teaches lifetime tools for lifting your spirits and easing anxiety and depression symptoms when they surface. Experience breath practices and other alternative methods of self-care and support.


Spring Lambrakos is a senior Yoga Teacher and Certified Yoga Therapist. She brings with her both personal and family experience on the topics of anxiety & depression. A senior teacher in restorative and recuperative yoga, her workshops are well-structured with clear direction, compassion and support.


This workshop is offered in-studio and online!

No prior experience needed.
