Jacquie will share a talk on emotional well-being and facilitate dialogue on how to respond mindfully, instead of react emotionally to our daily stressors. Meet like-minded people who seek to discuss aspects of their inner self and learn from each other as they share their journey of self-discovery. The evening will be completed with a guided seated meditation.
Jacquie Clarke completed her Yoga Therapy teacher training with the Yoga Studio College in 2017. On her own journey to wellbeing, she discovered how yoga and meditation integrate emotional, spiritual and physical healing. She is a Learning and Communications professional and has been facilitating corporate team building workshops for 15 years. She blends leadership wisdom with mind-body-soul wellness in her yoga classes.
