Pandit Dabral offers a deep and refined look at the ancient science of chakras as they pertain to our health and well being. These 7 centers or ‘clusters’ are superimposed along our spinal nerve pathways and assimilate and distribute energy (prana) to our organs as well as our subtle body. Obstructions from ailments, trauma, negative thoughts, worry and stress can block these pathways and compromise our health and spiritual growth.
Yoga practice gives a unique vantage point to expand prana and latent energies within. Under Pandit’s qualified guidance, participants will learn practical tools such as guided imagery, pranayama and meditation to gain insights into what blocks optimum health.
Pandit refers to the Vedas and other sources of Chakra knowledge to help the practitioner recognize its source and potency.

Pandit Dabral is a sage in the Himalayan Tradition. Learning Sanskrit and ancient texts at his father’s knee in India, he furthered his studies in Rishikesh with Swami Rama, who groomed him to promote yoga in the West. He has been a primary teacher of yoga in Minneapolis, Pennsylvania and the Yoga Studio College in Calgary, where he resides with his family.
