Perhaps you take a yoga class once or twice a week and love the benefits, but know that a more regular home practice is necessary to truly transform your body and your life. A home yoga practice is valuable not only because it can bring you the cumulative benefits of a daily practice, but by taking control of your own practice, you'll gain a deeper understanding of yoga poses and their specific effect on your body and spirit.
Many yogis struggle with either the motivation needed to get on their mats and practice without a teacher, or the knowledge of how to choose and sequence the poses. This workshop aims to provide you with all the tools you need to build a home practice.
All levels of yogis are welcome - whether you're looking to begin a home practice, or deepen one that you already have.
