Pam has been practicing yoga for about fifteen years, and she received her teacher's certification from The Yoga Studio College of Canada in 2012. 

She is particularly interested in the ways and individual's yoga practice evolves as a result of aging, pregnancy, weight gain and injuries. Her classes are gentle and ideal for beginners. She aims to create a welcoming, nonthreatening classroom atmosphere, and is patient and encouraging. She believes that yoga truly is for everbody -- regardless of age, size or fitness level -- and she teaches students to adapt poses to their bodies through the use of props and modifications. 

Pam teaches classes for beginners and for plus-sized women. She is passionate about bringing yoga to women who might not otherwise feel comfortable attending yoga classes. She also writes a blog called Living XL, which is devoted to issues of plus-sized women.
