This class is suitable for beginners curious about meditation and/or for students who would like to explore meditation and its relationship to yoga and to life. Students who already have a practice will find opportunities to take their experience to a deeper level.
This class will explore preparations that will help you relax prior to meditation, the practice itself, and the importance of awareness and breathing. We will also look at how it can help us through our daily lives and unfolding current events. Do you sometimes get that feeling that there should be more in your life?
