Healthy Knees Yoga Workshop

Do your knees "snap, crackle, and pop" when you bend or extend them, or do they tend to hyper-extend? Or, do you have chronic pain in your knees? All of these can be a sign of improper tracking of the kneecap.


If you or anyone you know suffers from knee discomfort, this is your workshop! This is also a great opportunity for anyone with past or current knee injury or aggravation.

We will cover the anatomical structure of the knee, discuss pain and weakness in the knee, and learn ways to manage and recover from knee pain.

 

This workshop will focus on yoga postures, movements and stretches. There will also be some focus on the hips, as without mobility and stability in the hips, the knees will compensate, and bear the strain.
