Critical Alignment Yoga is a system of yoga and therapy that incorporates specially designed props to support the spine.
With the use of these props one can address long term postural imbalances and learn to shift the way they move in yoga postures.
The precision props are useful in improving spinal mobility, posture and breathing and repetitive strain injuries of the shoulders neck and hips.
Attention is drawn repeatedly to the sensations that arise while on the props so that one can learn to, move mindfully in yoga posture.
