This transformative afternoon is designed to help you connect with your inner self, gain new strategies to let go of unneeded stress, and cultivate a deep sense of rest, clarity and empowerment.


In this 3 hr workshop we will look at holistic ways to manage stress and overwhelm using the three Pillars of Body, Mind and Spirit. We will explore when we nourish and attend to all the layers of our being, we feel more

aligned, centered, and clear. You will be expertly guided how to calm your nervous system and connect deeper into your true self. Whether you are new to yoga, meditation and positive psychology or an experienced practitioner, this workshop is a safe and supportive space where you can dive deeper within to nourish and connect with like-minded people, and be inspired to live more fully in an integrated and flourishing way.


This workshop offers a gentle yoga practice, focused breath work, positive psychology discussion focused on strategies to manage stress, anxiety and depression with coaching prompts, purposeful journaling and reflection

exercises, along with a Yoga Nidra Meditation to close.
