Yoga for Teens

Yoga for Teens is a class for ages 11-16. This class is designed for teens and preteens that are in organized sport or looking to improve flexibility, build strength and improve posture. This class teaches a variety of postures to keep teens engaged and challenged while learning relaxation, breathing techniques and stress management. 

 

No experience is  necessary.
