Tahl Ghitter

Tahl Ghitter first began yoga living abroad. She was living in South Korea when she became chronically sick. This sparked adventure to Thailand where Tahl unknowingly embarked on a journey into all things holistic, including yoga. What she experienced was nothing short of a love affair and for the first time, a new way to live. So inspired she began teaching and practicing with anyone who wanted to, and just two years later, became certified in a traditional lineage of hatha yoga in India. She continued to teach, train and study various styles of yoga across Asia, India, and the middle east before finally repatriating to Canada.

With certifications and 1250 hours of yoga teacher training, 16 years of experience and 1500+ hours of teaching, she continues to learn and evolve with the practice. As we grow, and life changes, and so does the practice. With yoga we constantly learn new ways to undo conditioning, unfold and get to know ourselves more honestly and fully. As a mother, holistic health enthusiast and an avid crafter, Tahl feels blessed to participate in a growing community of yoga practitioners and help create a time and sacred space in your day for health and well-being.
