6th Annual New Year's Kick Start with Meghan
Start your New Year with positive energy!
This weekend workshop is a chance to renew both body & mind so that you can begin the New Year with positive energy & clarity.
Each day will begin with a 1.5 hour yoga session to help the flush toxins out of the body and bring clarity to the mind. A short nutrition break will follow, with whole food juice provided. After the break we will connect with our intentions for how we want to feel in 2018. We will explore tools and practices for maintaining balance in body & mind and manifesting our intentions throughout the year.
Open to all levels of yoga experience.
