Through your breath you can re-establish a connection and relationship with yourself and learn to decrease and manage stress, restore internal balance, experience replenishing relaxation and increase your wellbeing.
This workshop will be a mix of theory and experiential practices for you to develop a relationship with your breath and learn tools to:
