What if you were to let go of busyness and, instead, celebrated rest as a way to reclaim and restore peace, happiness and well-being to your body and mind?
During this afternoon retreat, we will discuss the importance of rest and the different types that are needed to truly restore us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We will weave together breath work and reflection, so you can highlight the areas of your life where you are needing to create more spaciousness and ease to rest.
The second half of the workshop will focus on the practice of yoga nidra. Yoga nidra provides optimal rest and healing, connecting you with your higher self. Through the practice of yoga nidra you will nourish your nervous system, build resiliency, improve focus and concentration and develop a deeper connection with your Self.
