Yoga Instructor

I have completed both a 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training program, and I am committed to being a lifelong student of yoga. I strongly believe in the power of breath and living in the present moment.

My practice is complemented by activities like barefoot grounding, sungazing, and cold dips to re-energizes my spirit and connect with nature. I enjoy challenging myself both on and off the mat and have a strong passion for arm balances and inversions.

Additionally, I am a certified Oxygen Advantage breath instructor and frequently incorporate simple, unique breathwork techniques into my classes.
