This flow sequence has been taught by Bernie Clark. It is slow and deliberate; weaving together movement and breath to open both the body and the mind .
Using breath to move between poses, this sequence incorporates twists, balancing, flexibility, and strength (mental and physical) to push the student to let go of conscious thought, thereby moving only in the moment.
There are many wonderful modifications throughout this sequence. It is taught slowly, building up to the full Dragon Dance. Yin and restorative poses will follow to wind down and the practice will finish with a long and well deserved savasana.
