Yoga for Mental Health

Anxiety and/or Depression lives in our minds, our hearts and  bodies. Spend 75 minutes each week learning how to manage symptoms through movement and awareness.This registered class will offer consistent support and individual guidance to relieve chronic stress patterns and relax the body and mind. Classes will consist of gentle yoga, breath work, meditation and restorative poses to foster resilience, stability and mental well-being. No prior experience is required.
